Made some hearty cold weather grub today ~ old-fashioned beef and noodles (used top sirloin) with fresh mushrooms, fresh garlic, onions, thyme & nice big fat egg noodles ... served it up over real horseradish mashed potatoes & sided it with fresh buttered carrots and peas.
