Jambalaya Fixin's

Gonna make a pot of brown cajun (not red creole) jambalaya for the Super Bowl on Sunday. This is the star of the show ~ good spicy, garlicky smoked andouille sausage ... from Krizman's House Of Sausage. Good chit, Meynard!! Geaux Saints!
