Smoked Chicken Thighs For Jambalaya

These are some nice plump smoked chicken thighs ~ to go in a pot of jambalaya, along wit dat good Krizman's andouille sausage. Problem now, as I see it, is to keep from eating a couple of these thighs before I can git the jambalaya made....KWIM?
