I love the way your biscuits split in the middle - just as they should.
it's no accident dey do dat. 1)lil' baking powder in the flour 2) cut cold lard & butter into the flour 3) don't overwork the dough when you make it. 4) bake in hot oven. these were a little heavier than my regular biscuits because they had cheese in them ... but still were quite good.
What does a lady have to do to get a biscuit recipe? How about if I say please? Will you please post a biscuit recipe???
