Old barn in western Doniphan County, Kansas~~~**~~~**~~~
I had some beef scraps & brisket trimmings in the freezer ~ pulled them out, ground them & made this most excellent meatloaf. Got the Holy Trinity in it, glaze got some Dirty Dick's in it ... and topped with lotsa bacon ~ how could that NOT be good, huhhhhhh??
