BBQ Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Mushroom caps, stemmed & quickly sautee'd in evoo with a few red pepper flakes ... then stuffed with a pulled pork/smoked sausage mixture tossed with a lil' Arthur Bryants Original bbq sauce & some cheddar cheese ... into hot oven for about 5 minutes ~ plated and topped with thin sliced homemade pickled green beans. Tasty.
