Spicy Italian Meatloaf Ala Anglaise

 Finished meatloaf - made with fresh ground homemade italian pork sausage and fresh ground beef
 Cook's quality control test
 Meatloaf about 3/4 done, ready for the Anglaise glaze
Glaze applied, not ready to go back in oven to set the glaze
