Rolled in cornmeal & deep fried ~ ready to slap between 2 pieces cheap white bread & dress Nashville style w/raw onion slices, dill pickles, yellow mustard and a good snort of hot sauce

Sweet Potato/Habanero Hot Sauce

This is a great tasting hot sauce, easy to make & cheap too.

Gotta love the clear, bright color.

Right after puree'in ... ready for bottles.

Couple sweet potatoes, some new crop Texas 1015 sweet onion, 5-6 stemmed/halved habanero peppers (seeds & all), white vinegar, pinch salt, splash fresh lemon juice ... boil, puree', strain ... badda boom = killer hot sauce.
