Sliced Smoked Pork Tenderloin Poboy

Doused wit some my homemade sweet potato/habanero hot sauce & dressed with shredded cabbage tossed in chimichurri, pickles & Texas 1015 sweet unyawns.

The sandwich looks outstanding and the pork looks perfectly cooked. Looks like you're making some good use of your grilling day. I've got sweet potatoes and habs on the store list to make the hot sauce. When you say add a little lemon juice, about how much of a lemon should I use - a wedge, a half, etc. Thanks
