Don't Let Your Meat Loaf...

Fresh ground beef + sourdough/cajun power slurry + saute' peppers & onions = kicked up meatloaf

Slurry made with bread scraps, crusts & crumbs leftover from a loaf of homemade sourdough bread that i cut up to make croutons yesterday ... keeps the meatloaf moist and tender

Sourdough bread, soaking up some cajun power, egg & tomato sauce
