BBQ Pork Tenderloins

 4 pork tenders, trimmed & seasoned
 Marinated overnight
 Grill/Smoked over Tabasco oak barrel chips
Sauced with a homemade chipotle/blackberry bbq sauce

This is a fantastic reciepe! We rarely get the weather for BBQ here in England but your entire blog has got me ithcing to pullout my bbq and get grilling!

I use a napoloen bbq which is gas so I am not sure if that will have the desired effect?

there's an old saying in bbq circles ... "it's the cook, not the cooker"

i'm not a fan of gas grills, but if that's what you got, you obviously like it ... and that's all that matters.
