Layer of onions & peppers and cheese, then 1/3 folded over and another layer of bacon and cheese added ~ then that's folded over to create a layered omelette
Sided up with 'taters obrien, sliced homegrown tomatoes and cantalope
A lil' more bacon on the side ~ Sunday breakfast on da bayou
