It's Monday ~ You Know What Dat Means....

 The mise en place for red beans & rice:  red beans soakin', homemade stock, the holy trinity, and some baked ham scraps
 Braised cabbage w/bacon & onions
 Red & white with braised cabbage
Ain't no fancy city vittles...
