Paducah Nachos

 Smoked pulled pork and homemade cajun sausage ~ doused with Starnes BBQ Sauce
 Starnes BBQ Joint is in Paducah, Kentucky ... famous for their bbq sauce
 Thin, vinegary, hot & peppery sauce ... fantastic on smoked pigmeat
