Topped with pan seared pork chops
Lil' drizzle of bbq sauce, lid on and into oven for about 30 minutes, then chops removed and everything else dumped into blender and buzzed into a debris bbq sauce. chops returned to dish, debris sauce poured over, lid back on and bake tender - another 15-20 minutes
Homemade pimento cheese & chopped smoked/pulled pork ABTs
Finished chops napped with the pan sauce & topped with an ABT
