Eggs Ackley

so, i fried up a lil' bacon to top a chef's salad tonight, and had the eggs out 'cause i was boilin' a few to make a 1000 isle dressing ... skillet's good & greasy and the eggs is right there, so what's a po'boy gonna do, huhhh??? thinkin' i might slap this between a couple pieces bread wit a slice homegrown tomato and a lil' mayo ... and call it lunch.
