Breakfast On Da Bayou

Chunky fried potatoes & onions, seasoned with cajun seasoning ... topped with smoky andouille sausage gravy and a couple fried eggs splashed wit a lil' Tabasco ~ who says you gotta make sausage gravy with boring ol' American breakfast sausage, huhhh????
