Just finished making this for snackin' ~ kicked it up kaw-cajun style wit diced green tomatoes, fresh sweet corn, 3 kinds of chiles, celery/leaves, fresh garlic, red onions, ripe homegrown tomatoes, homemade chile oil & fresh lime juice ... and a few other secret goodies that I'd divulge, but then I'd just hafta kill ya!
