thanks lea ann ~ that's a lil' 6 oz top sirloin breakfast steak. i aged/cut up a whole top butt a while back ... cut a bunch of nice big top sirloin steaks, kabob meat, and some smaller breakfast steaks ... then ground all the rest to make some good ground sirloin for burgers. that lil' sirloin steak hit the spot for breakfast. btw, you have a teriffic blog ~ nice job.
