Ribeye Steaks On The Trunk Monkey

I cut these from the center of a boneless rib roast ~ choice grade, aged ribeyes. Seasoned with my house blend steak seasoning ~ headed for the grill

About ready to come off the grill ~ also grilled some thick slices sweet onion

Ribeyes rested and sliced thick ~ plated up atop a bed of grilled onions, and topped with sautee'd mushrooms

Cooked a perfect medium rare

Yummo! My favourite steak, too! and you can't beat onions and mushrooms to go with it. :) Just add a baked jacket potato and garlic bread, and I'm in heaven! LOL.
