Brats & Chops ~ brats nekkid, chops seasoned with DP & sauced
This is the butt end of the whole pork loin ~ seasoned with DP, seared then moved indirect & smoked with applewood to 145* internal, no sauce. Will get the slicer out today & slice thin for to make some cuban sandwiches.
