Loaded Tater Skins

Loaded and ready for a quick pass thru the oven to heat'em up & melt the cheese

Stuffed with smoked shredded beef

A few jalapenos in the bottom of shells that have been deep fried & dusted with cajun seasoning

Baked potatoes cut into wedges & scooped out to make canoes

This is the smoked shredded beef ~ smoked with pecan wood
