Not Your Father's Egg Sandwich

Homemade oatmeal molasses bread, 4 kinds of cheese ... and a fried egg

Slathered with butter, and grilled

Killer bread makes a killer grilled sandwich

Did I mention it was ooey & gooey?

I like this sandwich. Have to be careful with fried egg, not cooked to hard, but firm so yolk doesn't run on your hand, or in my case myu shirt front. Thank You.
