Steak & Eggs W/Home Fries ~ I butchered a whole beef strip loin a while back, and cut a few small breakfast steaks (KC Strips) while I was at it. I questioned dat decision at the time, but now I'm glad I did!! Now ... I'm ready for some football!!!
