All Day Onion Suckers

Texas 1015 onion suckers ~ on the grill getting nice & caramelized

Brushed wit a lil' Stubbs Original BBQ Sauce (Texas onions & Texas sauce)

Skewered, sliced, brushed with olive oil and dusted with cajun seasoning = ready to go to the grill

Technique for skewering the onion ~ BEFORE you slice it

You KNOW these are good on a burger ... right?

Yeah you right, they be great on a burger. Or diced up and mixed with fried diced par-boiled potatoes with a little sage.

I do believe I just saw a heaping pile of Texas sweet onions at the store last week...if I was halucinating, this will be the first thing I make as soon as the Vidalias are here. They sound great.
