Thanksgiving Dinner prep ramped up today ~ but I did find time to make a pretty tasty bbq ham sandwich. I have a lil' more of this good ham and some Gruyere cheese & black olives ... thinkin' that might make a good breakfast quiche for Thanksgiving morning.
