Expanding My Culinary Horizons

OK OK ... there's a first time for everything, no? Today, I made my first batch of JELLO ... raspberry JELLO with sliced peaches in it. As you know, I HATE following recipes ... but I confess I actually followed the directions on the JELLO box (kinda) ~ so now, we wait. I'm not sure why, but I'm really kinda looking forward to dessert tonight. LOL
