This is one of my favorite bbq spice rubs ~ available online at hawgeyesbbq.com ~ firing up my smoker tomorrow for a lil' smoke session. I will be cooking some spareribs, some of my homemade hot links sausage, a whole chicken, and some big striper filets (for to make some feesh tacos). Gonna use the Dixie Dust on the ribs, DP Raging River on the striper filets, and Smokin' Guns Hot on the chicken. Smoke'em if ya got'em, baybee!! Rock Chalk.
