July 3rd Buffet Spread

Here's just part of the buffet spread we had out at the farm yesterday ~ homemade lasagna, coil of homemade smoked jalapeno sausage, lots of fresh veggies from Lil' Missy's garden including a great fresh broccoli rabe salad with asparagus, fresh baked breads, desserts, etc. While the sausage was on the smoker, Missy went down to the garden and picked a bunch of fresh assorted peppers & chiles and some bermuda onions ... sliced & caramelized them in butter ... and we used that as a condiment on the smoked sausage. Killer.
