Deep Fried Okra

These lil' buggers was tasty, ah garrontee. Cut okra, de-snotted then dipped in egg wash & cornmeal breaded ... deep fried ... tossed wit a lil' Cajun seasoning and a splash of hot sauce. Whooooboy, sure did make my beer taste good.
