Blackened Shwimps & Smoked Sausage ~ headed for the jambalaya pot.
Hot out the skillet ~ look good enough to eat, don't they?
Shwimps cleaned, brushed wit EVOO and rolled in my homemade blackening seasoning.

Dang... if I leave now will I make it there in time for a bowl? I'll drive fast! lol
It does look almost too good to make into something else, but I'm hoping to see some more steps in your jambalaya process - it's still on my back burner.
