Kaw-Cajun Seafood Chowder

Blackened shrimps & Alaskan King Crab chowdah ... wit lotsa taters, chicken stock fortified with shrimp shells, whole milk, sour cream, celery, onions, garlic, tightened wit a blonde buttah roux ... and kicked up wit a lil' Cajun Power garlic sauce. Just what the docteur ordered....
