Beer Butt Chicken Salad

Hickory-smoked beer butt chicken, julienne pepperoni, sweet Vidalia onion, banana peppers, celery, fresh garlic, mayo, dijon mustard, salt/pepper and fresh oregano leaves.

Piled high on a toasted ciabatta bun with baby Swiss cheese.

Dressed w/shredded lettuce tossed with cracked black vinegrette.
