Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler

Whooooboy ... don't dat make ya wanna slap yer mama, huhhh??? I took myself down to the farmer's market this weekend, and came home wit all kinda good fresh fruits and veggies ... including the fresh rhubarb and strawberries I used to make this here cobbler. I don't lay no claim to being much of a baker, but I outdid mahself on this one, ah garrontee. Slide show <----click

This is my favorite pie! I went to Webster's here in Rogers the other day (they make jellies and relish) and bought some strawberry-rhubarb preserves to have on hot biscuits. The diets aren't going too well...
