Nothing like a big ol' honkin' T-bone steak and a couple cold beers, to celebrate a birthday. At 2" thick and just over 2 1/4 pounds, this bad boy more than made up for that salad I ate last week!

Oh yeah! Glad to see you are treating yourself to a great birthday meal. I have rib eyes waiting in the fridge to grill tonight. We are building a fence today so it should taste really good!
