howdy mzjulie ~ i didn't smoke the meatloaf this time, but you're right ~ smoked meatloaf is very good. have you ever smoked a roll of breakfast sausage? we call them *smoked fatties* ... very good. i like to make sausage gravy (for biscuits & gravy) with smoked fatties.
