Catfish filets, cut into strips, gettin' all happy in a wallow of RT's homemade lemondrop hot sauce & Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom.
Rolled in cornmeal & deep fried crispy.
Soft taco ... catfish, chipotle remoulade, lettuce, thin sliced sweet Vidalia onion, shredded Tillamook cheddar, homemade salsa and a few japs.~~~**~~~**~~~

Feesh tacos are so good and hard to find in NW AR for some reason. Did you catch these on your fishing trip the other day?
mais, mzjoy ... i did go feeshin' the other day and caught a few leetle feesh, but din't keep any of them. generally i would grill my fish fer fish tacos, but i din't wanna fire up my grill just to cook a half pound of fish filets.
So yer into dem feesh takos too huh! I love em but can't get the wife into lovin em though. Her taste is jes all whacky.
