Cooled and topped with smooth, cool cream cheese frosting wit a lil' lemon zest in it.

That is some good looking banana cake! Wow.
$400P ... i put an extra banana in the cake batter this time (4 instead of 3) ... so the cake was a little denser/moister than usual. also, i like banana cake chilled ... cool/creamy cream cheese frosting - yummy.
