Mais, I just had to have my Sunday morning eggs ... so I ran down to the neighborhood groceria & got a dozen eggs and made this quick fritatta to go wit mah sausage biscuits ... a ham, fried potato/onion & pepperjack cheese fritatta. I'm ready for some football now!!

Perfectly made! We had ham and eggs and homemade sourdough toast, I blogged about it today. Mine doesn't look as good as the bakery...but I made it Friday and it's all gone now!
