Roast Pork Gyro

Well, this was sure good ~ roast pork, Bavarian kraut, Swiss cheese and a sour cream/horseradish sauce on a warm, soft flat bread

Sliced roasted pork loin a'la Anglaise

About a 2# pork loin roast ... scored, seasoned and seared ~ getting ready for the Anglaise schmear & roasted to 140* internal
