Chicken thighs were on sale, so I bought a couple buck's worth & fried'em up southern style in the ol' Griswold cast iron skillet. Do you think I made some gravy wit them pan drippins, huhhhhhh????

Dang, i love me fried chicken. But its one of the things i can't get just right, no matter what i try. One o these days i going hit it right on the head though!!
