Creole Crab Spread

Alaskan King Crab ~ picked out of the shell

Dumped into cheese mixture made with cream cheese, Italian 5-blend cheese, homemade olive salad & a dollop of Cajun Power garlic mustard

Fold it all together ~ gonna use this to make Creole Crab Pinwheels

Cook's treat - spread on heel of crusty German pumpernickel rye
