I know, I know ... enough with the frou-frou greenery already ... but it's the little things that sometimes make all the difference. This green stuff is a mix of romaine lettuce, fresh radish greens, shredded radish & Texas 1015 onion dusted with a lil' cracked black to accentuate the peppery taste of the radish greens. I put it in my Tex-Mex beef burrito wraps ... killer.

Anatomy of a killer burrito: soft warm flour tortilla (spread with a lil' soft cream cheese), spicy Tex-Mex ground beef & potato filling, shredded Tillamook cheddar & the crisp greenery above. Salsa, sliced avacado, japs & sour cream on the side ... and a cold beer, or course. The devil is in the details, in cooking ... as in life.
