Dining On The Down Low

Dining down low on the culinary totem pole tonight ~ turnip greens & taters. I gotta git to the groceria real soon & make me a bill ... the pantry is getting pretty bare, yeh.

Twice baked 'tater stuffed with smoked/chopped pork & Tillamook cheddar, topped with chipotle sour cream ... sided up with turnip greens/diced turnips & 1015 onions dressed wit a lil' hot pepper vinegar & Burger's smokehouse bacon.
