The Ol' Pittsburgh Burn

Puttin' a lil' burn on some fresh cut pork steaks, for to make some shredded pork in green chile. Will use the shredded pork for Indian tacos, burritos & pork enchiladas smothered in homemade roasted green chile sauce. I cut these nice thick pork steaks out of the center of a couple pork butts when I was making homemade sausage the other day. Next project: Indian fry bread.
