Tex-Mex Fusion

Fantastic smothered burritos made with grilled/smoked pork steaks braised tender in homemade roasted green chile sauce, diced fried potatoes & good Tillamook cheddar ~ wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and smothered in the braising chile sauce.

Topped with more sharp cheddar, shredded lettuce, sour cream & homemade pickled pepper rings. Here's a short slide show. <---click
