Green Chile Beef Flatiron

Beef flatiron steak fingers (see yesterday's blog entry) lightly breaded in seasoned corn flour and pan fried golden.

Layered in lidded casserole with layer of sliced garden bermuda onions on the bottom and topped with homemade roasted green verde sauce ~ baked 350* for about 45 minutes.

Plated with a couple of roasted jalapenos & topped with the pan sauce ~ tender, like buttah. Sided with cheesy grits.
